Northwest Federal Signs New SVP Marketing and Communications
JANUARY 2024 – Northwest Federal Credit Union (NWFCU) is proud to announce that Washington Commanders, Partnerships Marketing Manager, Nathan Turner has been hired as the new SVP of Marketing and Communications.
Nathan brings with him a strong background in sports management, beginning with the New Orleans Pelicans and the New Orleans Saints (2022-2023). Before that, Mr. Turner spent 4 years at Learfield contributing to the marketing initiatives of esteemed institutions such as Duke University, the University of Louisville, and Tulane University.
“I am excited about working for such an honorable institution,” said Turner. “In my capacity at the Washington Commanders, I was able to work closely with the Northwest Executive team, specifically CEO Jeff Bentley, to secure several new and exciting mutually beneficial marketing opportunities, and I am thrilled to be working for him and Northwest.”
Mr. Turner holds a BA in Business Economics from Randolph-Macon College and a Masters in Sports Administration from Northwestern University. His responsibilities at Northwest will include the continuation and expansion of the Northwest-Commanders partnership, as well as managing the daily marketing and communication teams.
